"Why Am I Like This?" A short read for the woman who's tired of wondering what's wrong with her.

Hi, I'm Jess

I'm the founder of Sensitive Women Rising, and I coach sensitive women through the exact pattern I spent most of my life stuck inside: believing my sensitivity was something to manage instead of something to understand.

Today, over 200 women have worked with me through programs and 1:1 coaching, and I lead this community of over 140,000 women who are done performing and ready to actually become themselves. My work is not about fixing you. It's about helping you see the pattern clearly enough to finally put it down.

I'm also a mother of three sensitive kids of my own, an adoptive and IVF mother, and someone who has spent years unlearning what I was taught to be. I bring all of that into the room.

There's a pattern most sensitive women never get the chance to name.

It shows up as being "too much" in one room and "not enough" in the next. As apologizing for needs you haven't even stated yet. As a kind of exhaustion that doesn't have a clear cause, because the cause was never one moment. It was ten thousand small ones, and nobody ever pointed at the pattern and said, look, this is what's actually happening to you.
